Water and sewer readings are done every month on the 15^th day of the month.  The bills are generated and sent within five days of the read.  Remember when viewing your invoice, that this is for the previous month's usage.

Bills are due in full the 17^th of the month.  A late payment charge of 3 percent per month will be added to bills not paid within that time.  After 30 days nonpayment and if no satisfactory arrangement for a payment has been set, service will be disconnected per the Wisconsin code ch. PSC.185.
