TESTING ELECTRONIC VOTING EQUIPMENT

FOR THE AUGUST 9, 2022 PARTISAN PRIMARY

According to Wis. Stats. 5.84 (1) Testing Equipment, the electronic voting equipment must be tested at a public meeting.  The ICE electronic voting system, which utilizes automatic tabulating equipment, will be tested on Monday August 1, 2022 at 10:00 a.m. in the Village Office.

This test is open to the public.

TO RETURN YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT YOU MUST DO ONE OF THE FOLLOWING:

  1. MAIL YOUR BALLOT BACK
  2. PERSONALLY, HAND DELIVER YOUR ABSENTEE BALLOT TO THE VILLAGE CLERK.

**NOTE – SPOUSES CANNOT DELIVER EACH OTHERS BALLOT**

Summer Reading is for everyone!

Montfort Public Library Program

Preschool Storytime on Wednesday mornings at 10 am

Crafts and games Wednesday afternoons at 1 pm

You do not need to come on Wednesdays to participate in the reading program

Ages 11 and under: Read one hour each week to earn prizes

Ages 12 to Adult: Earn points for prizes by reading and completing various activities in the library or on the library website

Fire Safety Informative talk by Richard Winkers on July 13 at 1 pm

             “Be A Bookaneer” A Library Pirate Adventure on Aug. 2 at 4 pm

Notice to Avoid Parking for Crack Filling Crew

The Village was just notified the crack filling crew will be here late this afternoon or tomorrow to start  crack filling the north and south Streets.  Please avoid parking on Johnson, Wisconsin, Fountain, Madison, Prospect and Ketterer this afternoon, Thursday all day and Friday am.  Thank you for your cooperation.
